Formation process

1. Musicians send the Committee song suggestions and their musical preferences throughout the year.
2. At 4 points in the rehearsal phase, the committee holds Setlist meetings to form part of the set list (a round), of which the songs are then rehearsed.
3. Some time before The show (the BMN), the order of the songs is decided by the Committee, based on logistic and musical variation considerations.

Free choice round

The 3rd round of songs is a special round, where all musicians are assigned to (yet to be completed) bands. These bands then form a top 3 of songs they would like to play together. During a Setlist meeting, the committee then picks a feasible song, completes the bands, and these songs and bands are added to the set list.
