Although the BMN is the main event of the year, we organize several smaller events throughout the year for which the internal engagement manager carries (some) responsibility:

• Auditions and Rehearsals: The internal engagement manager is responsible for booking studios for the auditions and rehearsals.
• Committee and musician Bonding activities: Throughout the year, the internal engagement manager organizes bonding activities for the committee and the musicians. This includes Committee weekend. Tasks related to these activities are often delegated to other committee members, but the internal engagement manager is responsible for making sure they happen.
• Rehearsal weekend: The internal engagement manager is the main person in charge of the rehearsal weekend. This does not mean that they organize and carry out the entire weekend on their own, but they are the person keeping an overview of all the related tasks and their status.
• Additional activities: Throughout the year, it may be nice to organize some smaller events such that the BMN is visible for the potential public throughout the year. Examples from previous years include the DIES week, playing at BBCie drinks, and the Princeton MusicFestival.
