The hospitality manager is ultimately responsible for food during Rehearsals, the Rehearsal weekend, The show (the BMN), and Meetings. What this entails exactly is described here:

• Meetings: Committee meetings can take quite a while and often take place during dinner time. This means that snacks and drinks are really nice to have, and the hospitality manager is responsible for making sure they are available.
• Rehearsals: It is customary that we order food with the people who want after rehearsals. It is the job of the hospitality manager to make sure a place to order the food is picked, and that everyone present who wants to order food has the opportunity to place their order.
• Rehearsal weekend: During rehearsal weekend, the committee is responsible for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This means that shopping lists need to be made, groceries need to be done, meals need to be prepared, dishes need to be done, etc. This is usually not feasible for one person, so making schedules for people to perform these tasks is also part of the responsibility of a hospitality manager. • The show (the BMN): After arriving at the venue, before the show, the committee (and thus the hospitality manager) is responsible for dinner for all of our own people (including photographers, ticket scanners, etc.). It’s not feasible to prepare this on site, so this needs to be prepared beforehand so it can be served before the show.
• Other possible moments where the committee is responsible for food.

Just like with the other roles, being hospitality manager doesn’t mean you have to do everything yourself. It is perfectly fine if they ask others to get snacks, take orders, help with cooking, etc.
